Will the Event Fit in the Venue I have chosen?
We suggest doing this BEFORE reserving your Venue so you will know if everything you want in the room will fit!!
Most Venues have a "suggested room capacity", however we can do a design layout of the Venue with all of your wants and needs. Example: Stage, Head Table or Sweetheart table, 10 guests/table - 10 round tables or 8 guests/table - 10 round tables, Cake table, Gift table, DJ, Band, Dance Floor, Audio/Video Control Center, Auction Tables, Photo Booth . . . and the list is endless!! All of these items take away room for “suggested room capacity”!!

We suggest soon after reserving your Venue to get in touch with us so we can "save-the-date" (with a deposit).
